Was the Intervention Helpful: Surgery Preparation
This assignment shows my ability to provide teaching and preparation by using real medical supplies and step-by-step explanations to help a patient understand their procedure. It demonstrates how I tailored preparation to the child’s developmental stage and gave choices in coping strategies, which reduced anxiety and built confidence.
